8 of 40I liked the app a lot but then I got an order with the wrong entree, tried to handle it with the chat bot, was told I’d get connected to a real person and then they never responded and now I’m stuck with a super spicy bowl I can’t eat and wasted my rewards points
Use this app 2 to 3 times a week. Almost every time you open the app it prompts for a update. Why? Bug fix as stated in discription. What bugs? It worked fine before the last update. The app is used for points and for redemption of points. Stop working on the app and use that money to make food cheaper
I was offered the free small queso if we spent five dollars I had an order of $11 for the life of me. I couldn't figure out how to apply it because it kept saying I hadn't met the minimum requirements.
The rewards never add and always tell me I’m missing the requirements when I do have them. It’s very frustrating. Also I should be able to add a salad dressing to a burrito bowl.
Don’t have a “Welcome Chips and Guac” promotion and give the appearance of rewarding your new customers with free Chips and Guacamole only to not allow them to take advantage of the promotion through the app. So I ordered my food on the app and went into the store to get my free Chips and Guacamole. They tell me that I have to place an order of a minimum of $6 to get the offer. I point to my food that is sitting in on the counter in front of me and say, “I spent $40 on that food!” The lady tells me, “that’s a separate order”. Bait and Switch!! Do better Chipotle!!! I’ll be deleting the app now.

Can’t ever seem to get my rewards to apply when I place an order.
Unable to redeem reward even tho I purchased well above the threshold. Unable to process payment. Bad experience.
