8 of 25The PGA app was great before the latest update which installed twitter as the video source. Now when I went to see a video of two holes in one, I was asked to sign into twitter. When I signed in, I got a twitter screen asking me to follow other people. When I tried to get out, I got a twitter ad. When I went to home, I lost the PGA.
PLEASE, PGA, get rid of twitter and show the videos direct or us u-tube. Beware new users!!!!
Didn't create a follow list only to have it deleted with new (forced) "upgrade." Rating: FAIL. And yes, I really don't care if the rest of the app is the same or better. Wise up, whiz kid programmers.
Being a developer myself, it is frustrating seeing such a large company have such poorly functioning app. It crashes so much that I had to switch to the Golf Channel app. A redesign and rebuild is needed with pull down to refresh would be nice. Actually keeping the favorites would also be nice. Quick peek into the tournament weather would be cool. Hot and cold player trackers...
App crashes almost every time I open it. No other app I have does this.
CrrrApp!
Get the golf channel app of you want full up to date scores for the entire golf world.
The newest version made this app terrible. I don't know what they supposedly changed or tried to make better but it worse. Constantly closes for for reason, doesn't auto refresh anymore and is slower!
Videos do not play inside tour report section! Why?!
This is a democracy. Give me a choice: "Would you like to download the updated app?" Then I'd be like, "No." Or maybe I'd be like "Yes." Either way, it's less than awesome to make me download it every time.
