Hyper Puck turns a regular game of air hockey into a mad battlefield, pitting player against player over Wi-Fi. Your mission—shoot the puck into your opponent's goal by any means possible. Gather power-ups to boost your firepower and defend your goal.

It's a winner-takes-all shootout, where strategic planning is just as practical as an untamable trigger finger. Battle your friends on one screen, over Wi-Fi with two devices, or practice against the computer.

Wage war in four unique arenas. Battle with three different puck shapes. And strive for four blaster-boosting power-ups to give yourself the upper hand. Immerse yourself in the world of Hyper Puck—a new breed of air hockey.

They make some of the most polished, refined, and simple-yet-deep games in the store. All their games just went on huge sale, so grab 'em all. Even though I just paid full price a couple of days ago, I don't mind as the games are worth every penny. Thanks, guys.

Top notch and original game!!

Great game, great idea... Instead of pushing the puck around, you shoot it by tapping just below it. There are many elements in this game that add to the experience. - bombs which if shot at the right time/angle, can push the puck into your opponents goal. - your gun has a heat level, that if you shoot too fast, it will overheat and temporarily be disabled until it cools off. This keeps players from overpowering their opponent by recklessly over-shooting, and forces players to focus more on aiming and using power ups effectively. - there are power ups that give you a temporary advantage over your opponent. Super gun, triple shot, shield and auto cooling. Also, you can select to play with up to 3 pucks on the board at a time, which definately makes the game more interesting. Totally worth more than a dollar. 2 player WiFi works perfectly (with 1 puck in play) Note to dev: I'm on a 3gs and my friend is on a touch 3g, whenever we select to use more than 1 puck on wifi the game crashes. Please fix! - this is a killer game!!

Really Fun!

This is truly an amazing game. Very addicting, amazing graphics, and tremendous replayability make this game well worth the $0.99 price tag. It's a steal for a dollar. The game is basically air hockey on steroids. You tilt to move the gun on the bottom and touch the screen to shoot the puck into the other person's goal. There are also mines/bombs that explode when shot, altering the course of the puck and power-ups, such as tri-shot, to give you an advantage over your opponent. Wi-fi multiplayer is available, but I've always been more of a singleplayer fan anyway. This is not to say that the multiplayer is not good (it's very well done, actually), but it's just not my personal preference for a game mode. There is a nice singleplayer practice mode where you can set up the table whichever way you desire (multiple pucks, AI difficulty, background theme, etc.), which I like very much. My only complaint is that the tilt of the cannon is not very sensitive; you really have to jerk your device right/left to move it quickly. As far as I can tell, there is no sensitivity controller. But with such a great game, this is the least of my concerns. I highly recommend purchasing this game. This company always makes great games, and this is certainly no exception.

The consent is great, but the game it's self is abandoned sadly😞 A sequel with new innovation and ideas, plus the game revamped is needed. Don't let your fans down!!!😃

Amazing

The intensity and quick play make this game easy to play again and again. My office had to pull itself away from continuing our mid-morning tournament. It's be great to have a way to post the results of games though. Right now we're using a whiteboard.
