8 of 25The app advertised a promotion where you pay with Venmo and you get a coupon for a free pizza. I never got my coupon, so I contacted customer support. They asked me for the same information 3 times and did everything in their power to not help me. App works fine otherwise, but don’t offer me free food if you aren’t gonna give it to me.
There are no updates and there is no true tracking deliveries. My delivery was 45 minutes later than it kept saying it would be here.
Creating your order and adding it to your cart is easy enough, but I have a huge issue with not being able to split payments between a gift card, along with and another payment method I found on the app and website. I had a $40 order and wanted to apply a $20 gift card towards the balance, but continued to get an error message saying the gift card had insufficient funds and could not be used. So, unless your gift card is equal to or more than the total amount, it’s useless. I also tried paying via Apple Pay and PayPal and it didn’t work. The only message the app gave was that my cart was expired and I had to start all over. I had just added the items to my cart so there’s no way it was expired. The only way to get the order to go through was to enter my complete credit card details into the app and pay for the full price. What’s the point of having a gift card or offering Apple Pay and PayPal if you aren’t going to support them?
I’ve seen the same results from others that the can’t use it anymore. Typical, countless updates is normally never a good idea when something works already. App Deleted. Doesn’t matter I’m just one out of billions that can still use it, so me losing it ain’t no problem to them. Sad to say Pizza Hut is better than dominoes but I’ve never had an issue with dominoes app.
Dude, just keep the app the same. Really sick of “update required” every other week.
This app keeps asking to text code and it does but the submit button is so far off the bottom of the screen I can’t click on it
I have been a rewards member for several years. I used to have no trouble logging in. Now I have to use a code which does NOT give me the option to log on as a member. Today, I couldn’t get my code by email, only by phone number. I know I have unused points and have had this issue with the app since they changed it. I have not been getting credit for ordering the past several times. Let’s get an app that allows you to log in with user name and password.
Literally the one thing to use this app for doesn’t work. It won’t let me place an order no matter what. This app has one job how do you mess this up?
