8 of 15As a New Yorker for 20 years this is one of my favorite apps. I’ve had this app for almost as long as I’ve been here. I know where to stand on the tracks where exits are and it’s been reliable since the day I downloaded it. I didn’t even realize that the app has continued to be updated. Thanks!
For $20, you would expect a fully functional app that is updated. But there are stations missing from the lines, and each time you open the app, you have to “back” out of whatever random section of the app that it starts you in. If this was a $2 app, I’d give it 3 stars.
I first bought this app more than 10 years ago and it is probably the transit app I open most frequently in NYC. It requires no Internet, so can be used underground. While other transit apps may have more frills, this has been my trusty guide almost every day in New York.
I’ve been using this app religiously for over 15 years. I beat every crowd to the stairs every time. I know which stairs are the quick ones (last car going to Yankee Stadium gang stand up). Every friend asks how I know where to stand on every platform, and every one is amazed by how useful this info is. I wish I could support the devs more.just for maintaining this essential repository of NYC transit knowledge.
I've been using this app since the year it came out and it's a huge timesaver. Highly recommended!
Thanks the best app that I still use many days! But please add the new changes- the F and M lines have been switched and this needs to be updated. Thanks so much!
Who wants to walk around stinky subway stations avoiding rats and water dripping from random places. This app helped save so much time that would’ve been wasted walking through some of the maze like nyc subway platforms. Would recommend if you use the subway to get around all of nyc.
This used to be bulletproof, but today in one Manhattan trip, there were TWO connections that were wrong. One showed a non-existent 7 line connection on the RW lines. And another was missing a connection.

This app can be handy, but don’t rely on it if in a hurry.
