I can’t use this app at all I keep getting access denied error messages and I have to force quit over and over. I mean why on earth can you not update this garbage or take it off the AppStore! The app support tab is also useless it just takes you to the web page. Negative 5 stars is more like it! Ridiculous!

I can’t seem to navigate three pages before the app crashes.

I placed an order but the app kept glitching and kicked me out before i got the confirmation message, i signed in as a guest so i’m not sure how to check whether or not it went through but it did take my money !! hoping for the best, but please fix the app so this doesn’t happen to anyone else..

I had the app and the Nook app on my Android and was able to make purchases with no problem. Now I have an IPhone and have to go to the site to make a purchase . That is very inconvenient.

Every book that I search for forwards me to a not found error page.

The app is very slow and takes forever to load one thing. It has several glitches and is over all very frustrating to use.

Well I got the app bc I have to do it for a summer assignment and i wanted to buy the book right? And I was gonna buy it but it told me access denied so I realized I wasn’t signed in but then I put in my email and password and I pressed the sign in and continue but didn’t sign me in. Overall it rly needs help and improvement.

Constantly tells me I’m denied access to the server, so slow, constantly logging me out even while I’m actively shopping, takes me to irrelevant pages randomly. Beyond irritated with the being denied access to the server how does that even happen?
