8 of 25If you are an everyday public transport user, you will need to hav ethics with you.
what’s the point of having a function where you can automatically top up using the app if the app is NEVER able to scan my myki? i consistently get error messages when scanning my myki to top up. the top up function has only ever worked once for me. absolutely useless app.
The latest update is just an absolutely disaster as the whole app is completely useless now, bus route information would either wrong or not showing at all. Totally agree with others reviews that whoever responsible for this update should be fired.
Useless app for an unnecessarily convoluted public transportation system. You cant even see the zone 1 and zone 2
The app is accurate and useful especially for general everyday travel, but some of the user interfaces are a bit finicky, like the fact that there’s a glitch which stops me from scrolling down when I try to look at the details of a route. It also takes time to get used to the way to use the app, since it’s a little more complicated than google maps or Apple Maps. It would be great if they could fix the scroll issue, since I encounter that a lot and it annoys me.
This App seems to give all the relevant information, allow me to top up, show me routes and times to board, etc. It's only missing the ability to use my phone/watch to tap on/tap off. As soon as you can sort that out, this would be perfect. I wouldn't have to break out my wallet and go digging for the transit card. Android users can do this, why are Apple customers waiting?
Can’t use this app as it complains my phone is jailbroken, it isn’t.
The app works for what it does, but you should be able to tap your phone on transport
