8 of 25Have been locked out of my app account over a year. Have contacted my agent who sent me to someone else, who in turn sent me to someone else, who sent me somewhere else… you get the picture…. Gave up on using the online app. Requested a paper copy of my insurance in case I ever get asked for it 6 months ago…. Have yet to get it. Hopefully I never have to present it, I doubt they’ll take “trust me I have insurance” as proof.
Have fun talking to a bot that will hang up on you
The positive reviews here are obviously fake/purchased. <br/><br/>They spend all their money on ads and lining executive pockets while refusing to cover customer claims. Avoid at all costs.
They sent someone from freaking MONROEVILLE during RUSH HOUR to unlock my car. They said it would be 6:12-6:42 and instead it’s going to be going on 8pm. WTF.
I have had IPhone X for a couple of years, in which I downloaded State Farm app and Drive Safe & Save app. This year I suddenly got messages several times to ask me to upgrade those apps but I have been unable to do so because of lower version. Why does State Farm kick out us with lower version of IPhones? It is not our fault not to use Drive Safe & Save app.<br/><br/>"Thank you for your feedback! We understand your concern, but this update enables us to provide the best performance, security, and access to the latest features that enhance the app’s functionality. We truly appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering the best possible experience for all users. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out! ~ State Farm iOS Team "<br/><br/>The above is State Farm reply today. But I don’t have “understanding” they declared. The best possible experience for all users excludes me who is one of all users just because I have IPhone X. The best performance and application is supposed to be adaptive to older IOS, isn’t it?
I went into the office last week to remove my husband from the insurance. He had not driven in several years but still had a license. I had previously told the office that the app always showed his name and was told that didn’t matter. Last week I went in and provided his death certificate to have him removed… I went home, and like always I checked the app. It said that the vehicle was no longer eligible for the discount. I called the office and was told to come in this morning, which I did. The young lady commented that it was odd and tried to access it but I was not signed on their WiFi so she told me to go home and get on my WiFi and try to set up a new account. I am home but have been unsuccessful in setting up a new account as it says I already have one…. I suppose I will make one more trip to the office and see if someone can help me before I start calling around for another company….. I have many things that I need to take care of without the frustration of running back and forth to their office….
