I love this app, but the recent update at least for iOS has the app not even able to open I uninstalled reinstalled the app asked me questions and then it closes and it won’t reopen

Removing the Russian ruble made this app useless for me. Millions of Russians live abroad and still need to convert rubles because our families are still in Russia. The currency still exists, so removing it for political reasons only hurts your users. Very disappointing.

I have used this app for many years and really enjoyed it. I just tried to open it several times and it won’t open. I deleted the app and reinstalled but it still doesn’t work. I am very disappointed.

It seems a few weeks ago, and there have been multiple app updates since, but the app opens and immediately crashes now. It no longer works.

Extremely disappointed. XE quietly removed the Russian Ruble (RUB) from its currency list. A 'world currency converter' that doesn't support all major currencies is useless. What's next, will they silently delete the Israeli Shekel tomorrow? I don't trust this app anymore. There are plenty of better alternatives out there. Uninstalling.

Was the end-all-be-all when it came to currency converters, but now it does work. Crashes non-stop

Knowing the exchange rate of a currency vs others across the globe may be fun on XE app. But once you decide to send the money abroad, reveals the actual picture. They don’t express their rules but they hold your money for a couple weeks and say ACH held the money and the money cannot be returned until 10 days. No way you can talk to them like an average American financial institution. They feel that they are above the law and never ever accept any complaint be escalated if the first associate has some disagreement with you. You can never demand a manager to escalate. In my case, around $20k was held in 3 different unsuccessful transfers and they took sweet 2 weeks to return my money.<br/>For asking more questions or to show them the normal way a bank/ financial institution works in the USA, they have blocked my account and I have no access to download my own previous successful transactions for my record. <br/><br/>Stupidity in customer interaction and stubbornness in customer support!
