8 of 25Used this to store my photos years ago now i have to pay to access MY OWN photos??? that’s absolute greed and after i get my photos i’m never using this app ever again. this is literally the first time i’m ever writing a review and don’t even bother using this. get google photos or something. you even have to pay more to be able to access your VIDEOS. like why are you holding MY photos hostage, are the people working for this company ok?
Pay $5 to store & look at old pics. I cant save or download any of my pictures.
The fact that we can’t access our old photos is stupid, and they want you to pay upfront without even getting a chance to see how the app is,now what if someone doesn’t want the app,now you outta money, they messed up the whole app.i would give zero stars
My photos and videos are now being held for ransom. Customer support isn’t supportive. Thousands of memories just gone. Disgusting
All my pictures bounce up and down while trying to look at them.
They deleted all my memories I had and I’ve been paying to keep them now they are taking my money and
Deleted my pictures that I had since 2014
Over 40 folders lost!

I had at least 40 folders of trips that I had taken over all the years, and the only things that are in my account, aware the photos that I have downloaded from online.

Where were my vacation photos? Why do I have to pay for something that isn’t there any more?
At first it was great, YEARS
AGO, but now we can’t even get in to access old photos because you want us to pay? You all are a JOKE! Forcing people to pay to sign up is crazy work! I hope you all lost customers.
