Your photos were never meant to sit still.

HoloSnaps transforms ordinary pictures into mesmerizing holographic cards — the kind that shimmer, shift, and come alive the moment you tilt your phone. Inspired by the lenticular trading cards you grew up with, reimagined with the power of modern iPhone.

Capture a moment, choose an effect, and watch a flat photo gain real motion and dimension. Then collect your cards in a beautiful pocket binder, feel every ridge under your fingertip, and relive your memories with a tap.

THREE STUNNING EFFECTS • Classic Flip — Multiple photos that switch and animate as you turn your phone • Zoom — Push in and pull back through your shot as you tilt, for a striking sense of depth and motion • Flip Zoom — The best of both: frames that flip and zoom together for a dramatic, dynamic card

SO REAL YOU CAN FEEL IT Every card carries a true lenticular sheen and ridge texture that catches the light as you move. Drag your finger across the surface and feel each ridge with precise haptics — complete with an authentic scratch-and-scrub sound that responds to how you touch it.

A BINDER IN YOUR POCKET Collect your cards in a gorgeous trading-card binder. Reorder them with a drag, add captions, fine-tune the effect, and relive your memories with a tap. Your collection stays in sync across all your devices with iCloud — and when you want to show off, hold any card up to view it floating in AR.

MADE TO SHARE Send cards to friends and family with a tap — over AirDrop, Messages, or Files. They'll get their own living copy to keep.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO CREATE • Capture from your camera or pull in photos from your library • Frame each shot with intuitive pan and zoom • Set start and end framing to author your own Zoom and Flip Zoom cards • Add a Polaroid-style caption • Dial in effect intensity, focus, and direction • Save, edit, and re-frame anytime

Your memories deserve more than a flat rectangle. Give them motion. Give them dimension. Give them HoloSnaps.

You should give better details in the description it does the exact opposite of what I thought it did... It's pretty cool still though.

yeah bad rating is from people that haven't really gotten around to tryin' to make a first pic.. basically you need 3 photos that look similar just like a ruler hologramish moving thing.. it works on tilt hence 3 pics (left tilt, no tilt, right tilt) but the app program's done really well! I have to say. and.. no.. it will not transform your flat scratch resistant iPod Touch or iPhone LCD into a riged surface LoL.. but the look of tge rudges are created by the vertical lines and adds a nice finishing touch. the tilt change is a great idea :)

For Lenticular Fans....

I rarely submit reviews but this app was done so well I just had to. This is a great illusion that takes the accelerometer to achieve. Would like to see an option to turn off sound.

Not As Cool As It Sounds

I saw someone gushing over this app in a review so since it was cheap I decided to give it a try. First off it does not create holograms. All it does is cycle between images, which is not impressive at all. The only good side is that the app is well written and seemed free of bugs. I can't recommend this app at all because it just does not do anything cool. The images don't look any cooler nor does it really give any type of Holo effect.

Danger

I just downloaded this App, took my first picture and clicked download. The download started and then the indicator stopped. It moved a couple of bars and then stopped again. A couple more bars and it stopped again. So, I hit the home key and my phone froze. So frozen, in fact, that I had to reset it three times before I could even receive incoming calls. The idea is seductive, but until the implementation is debugged, open at your own risk.
