Does not perform as advertised-don't waste time or money on this one.

As a real estate broker, I find it to be very useful to calculate formulas and ratios. You have to have a good understanding of real estate investment, or the application may not be as useful to you. It doesn't do the work for you, so knowledge is required.

While this app does provide formulas as advertised, it fails to provide any meaningful information for the investor. No time periods are specified in the formulas, there is no formula for calculating investments in one family rental properties, and there are no provisions for variable factors. This app is more suitable for grade school students taking "business" classes where the emphasis is on memorizing particular formulas, not applying them to real world conditions.

This was a horrible investment. The app is nothing more than an elementary calculator.
