8 of 40I am completely baffled at the works of this insurance company. I filed a claim, one that I tried to cancel (because I know the damage isn’t enough to warrant filing a claim now) and was told by them that my car damage didn’t happen when I hit the curb. I’m so upset by all of this because why would I file a claim on my own insurance so my insurance goes up if it was something old on my car??? I believe they are just looking for a way not to pay which is fine because like I said I wanted to cancel the claim anyway I didn’t want my insurance going up for a small claim. I’m completely disappointed in this company I thought they were on my side since it’s MY INSURANCE COMPANY but it appears I was wrong. I will be replacing my policy very soon. I’ve never in my life had to file an insurance claim I didn’t know this is how companies work.
On simple things which are typical or routine you do excellent but on request that outlay your preview you lack creativity.
I have had this credit card with USAA for upwards of 20<br/>Years and have always paid my monthly statement balance in full. This months payment was placed on a payment hold causing multiple charges to be declined. Even though I still had available credit on the account I had denied charges. One being a utility bill!
Have always been taken care of our family for past Thirty plus years.
Took money I did not owe them from an over payment check
Unfortunately, the USAA app doesn’t support my phone so I had to get new phone. This is the only app I’ve ever had this happen with. Very strange.
Totally useless, it could not direct me to my insurance policies for prof of insurance
