I have 3 jotnot apps, I lost my passwords and cannot get in them. They have no customer contact phone or email! The emails come back as failure. So no way to contact them! They also have a D- rating with the BBB. I would definitely not purchase any of their products. 😡

I’ve used not not since maybe 2010. I don’t have to mess with printer scanning and I love the “email to myself” option as well as meaningful rename

Lost all of my documents when I upgraded phones. Backup was turned on, but they didn’t transfer. Scanned two documents with the new phone and now the app says I have reached the maximum number of scans. It is now a useless app without paying to upgrade. I don’t need the upgrade features, just a basic scanner to scan and store documents.
