8 of 25I’ve used this app for years for basic scanning. I just recommended it to 2 friends to do the same. After 2 scans they were told they had to upgrade. Deceiving description that you can use it indefinitely for free. Now they need to find another app and I guess if I upgrade my phone I need to do that too. What happened??

It has been over a week now. The app emails services is not working. I have emailed the support 5 times with zero replies. Terrible support!
Excellent app when it works. I paid $7 for premium, as I need to scan lots of papers to submit to an online class. Any time I try to scan 15 or more pages, the app crashes. Every time. Even after closing the app and restarting my phone entirely. A little disappointing given how much I paid.
Added when it was free now they was me To pay for “pro.” No thanks.
