8 of 40This app is atrocious. I don’t care how much wireless I’ve used over the last 7 days, I care how much I’ve used for the month and I care about being able to see when this billing cycle ends. And where the heck is my rollover? This is some pathetic attempt to force people into getting a highly overpriced completely unnecessary data plan which I won’t even call unlimited because anyone with a brain and eyes knows that’s a lie
Thank you for your service
Great!👍🙌😊
Worst app ever not user friendly at all
Price just continues to go up and service is fair at best.
I’m so happy we have this app, it makes a world of difference not having to log onto the internet on my computer or call! Great app and easy to use!
I just made the mistake of getting wireless with ATT. Store rep said free activation, now everyone saying phone activation fees can’t be waived. I saw the 1st bill 4 weeks after purchasing the phones.
After updating, clicking the View my bill link in the AT&T email opened the app to a screen that only offered Shop now, Ask Andi and Troubleshoot options. Asking Andi where my bill was only yielded a minimal Account summary and instructions with no working links. No other screens offered anything useful. Only after quitting the app twice and starting over did the email link open the app with my bill and all of our other account details.
