8 of 25It lists the same homes as every other app. If the commute feature worked that would be great, but I constantly get notifications for homes outside of my search area. There also needs to be a way to get rid of duplex/condex homes that are listed as single family. Also, the no HOA option is a must for me.<br/>Update 6/13/26, I did find the no HOA option so that is great, unfortunately the saved searches keep deleting the commute time or just keep deleting the search altogether. I’ve saved it 4 times today and finally deleted the app. I’ll check again after an update.

For some reason zooming in too far makes everything go black on IPhone 14 Pro. It’s a shame because it could be a good app, guess I’ll use Zillow
I tried to use the AI to narrow my search for a one story house with a basement and either because of poor AI scripting or equally bad listing descriptions I was given poor results. It was easier and faster to go thru the listings manually then fight the AI.
Through recent updates the search feature is getting worse. After putting in parameters, it defaults to including pending and contingent homes. This makes it impossible to find newly listed homes. It also resets every time you close the app even if it is a saved search. Started on the app and now same issues on the desktop version.
Love this app. I love the lay out, simple to navigate, creat folders for specific needs, properties listed that are not on other apps. Great app, keep improving!!! Thank you🙏
