Please can you update for I have years Worth a picture I’ll be losing

Have had it for over 11 years. Always been there for me, thru my teenaged years, and even now but I wish they’d update it! I love the format and everything! Need to fix the video problem!

Can you please update this to restore access to it with the new iOS ? <br/><br/>Would greatly appreciate it and update my star rating!

I hope this is a temporary supportability issue, but the app won’t open. There shouldn’t be such a long lag in supporting new IOS versions. I can’t access any of the videos that were saved to the app. There should be an easy way to access or upgrade the application.

This is a great program that Ive been using for years, but with the recent iOS update my vids and photos are now NOT AVAILABLE! Update your app so I don’t lose all my stuff video safe!

I cannot remember my password and have been unable to get into the app for a few years now and there is nothing on the homepage of the app so I cannot change my password! Please help! There has GOT to be a way to get in!
