All they did was RESCHEDULE for so many times and they never come! This company was not reliable and all they where doing is RESCHEDULE and we the costumer was the one who was suffering!!!
Sears app is excellent, convieient for online/mobile shipping on the go or for pickup, love it!
This Sears app no longer works.
Still not working right, App doesn’t open
Your app has lots of bugs , worst app , need to make sure the app works on the phone not just on a computer kept going blank on me got rid of the app check out the app in Spanish that one works unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish
When I open the app, there was a request for an update. I did the usual and updated the app and now every time I click the Sears app it goes right back to my screen and doesn’t open up. I have tried over and over and over to open the updated app, and it just shuts down in less than a second and goes right back to my screen with the apps listed. I guess the upgrade added new bugs and glitches. We will see if it continues.
There is no back button when you click on an item when to are searching. You have to completely reselect your search parameters. The “deliver to” search parameter does not work as intended. Being from Hawaii it’s difficult enough that there are no pickup locations on the entire island anymore, but 99% of the sellers don’t ship here. Put in your zip code so that at least it should only show the ones that do ship here, Nope it still lists every one. You can’t see that until you click an item to see the details. The. You can’t click back to your search. Deleting the app, abandoning the hundreds of dollars in Points and canceling the CC. Just go out of business already. And FYI none of you Ace Harware tool resellers will honor the Craftsman warranty either.
