I have been a Skype user since the beginning. Sad to see it being retired when there are still so many loyal members.
Skype Had a Good Run
Was the first at home video conferencing software I ever used. Had a nice graphic design and UI which is still ahead of Teams.
The update was useless

skype bought me closer to my cousin during the pandemic and even now since he lives in texas. he is hard of hearing and skype is unique and accessible bc it has automatic captions during the call similar to youtube videos. im glad you have bought the captions feature to teams however teams is super laggy. its also a ui nightmare and doesnt let yoy change the ui color like skype. its had its issues but its overall a good product. i will miss it dearly. 🪦RIP 2003-2025
