8 of 25This app constantly tells you that it needs time for a scheduled maintenance. I don’t know how long this maintenance takes, as I’ve been doing it for six months. If there is a rating below one I would give it to them. Now I can’t even check my tracking numbers because I signed into the website and it won’t let me also sign into the app at the same time.
This app is terrible. Look at the one ups has. Not a lot better but at least work.
Great simple to use app. <br/>Need to add scanning feature to just scan label. I don't like manually entering numbers.
App won’t even open — it says the developer needs to update the app for it to work with the current iOS
Ok this is the problem the USPS app does the scan with a camera instead of having to type all those numbers PLEASE UPDATE ITS BEEN TOO LONG!!
I have a bunch of shipments that I track daily. I have been using this app for a few years. Last week, it suddenly can't find any of my shipments. Not a single one. I punch in the tracking numbers, it finds it, then 2 seconds later, it's gone again. FIX THIS!!!!!
Immediately upon login, the app indicated that my account was locked. I called tech support to "unlock" it, but then it happened again. Instead of calling back a second time, I tried the FedEx mobile site and was able to log on with no issues.
Can’t even login, keeps saying Scheduled Maintenance, for the past 3 days at least.
