8 of 25Great app and I’ve used it since it came out many years ago. However don’t purchase the “email to 2do” IAP if you plan to use it for Gmail. I purchased the “email to 2do” upgrade for $3.99 thinking I could link my Gmail. When you attempt to sign in to Gmail it gives an error saying “This app is blocked. This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.”

Please fix this ASAP! At a minimum, at least make it clear Gmail does not work so others don’t lose $4 too.
I have depended on this app for many years and it’s truly phenomenal. I literally can not live without it. At the very least there would be a world of people really angry with me! Incredibly customizable and very very intuitive!
I have been using 2Do since around 2010 or 2011. I have lived my entire 30s and now into my 40s with this app as my constant companion. Through career changes, travel, business growth, and everyday life, 2Do has kept me organized, focused, and on track.

I have tried many other productivity apps, but nothing matches the flexibility, speed, reliability, and elegance of 2Do. It is powerful without being overwhelming, and customizable without being complicated. Smart Lists, tags, filters, and batch editing are simply unmatched.

This is more than a task manager. It is a life manager. A system that grows with you.

To the developer
Please continue updating and supporting this incredible app. It has become a part of my life.

Devoted user since 2011
I love this app. It keeps me organized, up to date, and on time.
I truly can’t speak enough to the flexibility and ease of use that this app can boast. I love this thing.
6/2/26 - Tighter calendar and reminders integration is becoming more critical for me, and I really really like using 2Do, and, I really hope we can get this done. Also, the macOS version really needs the same calendar panel view that iPadOS has, the one where you can see Reminders. Thank you. 3/28/26 - Please add Calendar integration, , and, basic text formatting in the Notes field. I've been a loyal user for over ten years. Thank you. 12/23/25 - After a one year hiatus to Tick Tick, I'm coming back to 2Do. As I get all of my scheduling details transferred, I'm reminded that there are one or two things I really wish 2Do would add - The first and most important is Calendar Subscriptions. The second one I'll add later, once I find this review actually gets added. I have posted several reviews over the years, the latest one was this last weekend, and it's nowhere to be found, neither are any of my other reviews. S'up ?!
I really tried to like and use Apple Reminders. After using about 6 mo, I’m back to 2Do!
I missed start and due dates, the ease of entering or editing a task, and how I can adjust font so more tasks are seen at a time.
I think this is my fourth time to try another task app.
Have been using 2do for years. It has so many features and things under the hood, but is super flexible and easy to use. Not only can you take tasks, make lists, create projects… I keep ongoing lists like questions for my next doctor appointment, a going grocery list, and things I need to remember. I love it.

I have tried many to do apps in the past, but there is a magic in how 2do works and syncs. I use it many times a day. It is one of my top 5 favorite apps, no question.
