It literally screws you lol. You can have triple the troops and lose. It never does this to itself. It’s just plain dumb 🤣
The app stopped working on all my devices. It just hangs at the splash screen.
I highly doubt any real AI is used in the game play. It seems like the hard “AI”modes just lower your odds of beating the computer opponents on a given turn. I regularly lose double or triple the number of troops vs the computer during offensive plays. This doesn’t add to the feel of any kind of competitive strategy, it just feels like the cards are stacked against me.
Love this game!
The game is basically Risk with minor adjustments. My first time playing Risk was the physical board game. It took forever, but this app speeds up the process substantially. I love it! Playing this game is fantastic with friends. Simply screen share the device to a TV and the whole group can watch the game even when the phone is passed around. It is much easier to get people to play this version than the physical game. Online gameplay would be awesome, but I understand that is unlikely to happen. Also, it would be nice to not be encouraged to check out the Meowzers app at the end of my games. It makes the app feel cheap.
I’ve played thousands of games in at least 12 years using the game to clear my mind of my troubles. Thanks
If you like a ton of maps to choose from this it the game for you. I’ve played this for years now, and wish they’d add some more.
