8 of 25Pricing aside, this app works very well. I can easily log in and remotely control all my servers and workstations in the office from anywhere. I am thankful for this app.
All in all I love this app. I have an iPhone and use it to interface with a mac. It works perfectly for my use. I only use it with one computer so that gets me away from fees other then the hefty base price. For single computer iOS to Mac use it has been a life savor and amazing!
It's very reliable and joy full experience. Very helpful and saves time in gas and travel.
App works fine when you can access it. If you happen to forget your password, you're out of luck though. The "forgot password" link doesn't send an email as it is supposed to do. There is no email - in regular inbox, spam, junk, etc. If this was fixed I would rate the app much higher.
use it for couple of years now, great application
This company charged $30 for the App. Now they are stopping support and pushing customers to buy an expensive subscription plan.
Cost and auto renew for upcoming year service was astronomical and increased. Also was underhandedly communicated. The app on I-phone and home PC browser does not work well with Mac OS 10, new release. The pointer changes on the fly to all different shapes and sizes, functions but is very touchy and frustrated. Spouse called and got poor treatment and has fully cancelled. Using splash top and it works great. All you home / small set up users should try it and switch!
Now they want you to pay for a pro subscription?
And then make another app
To remove themselves from having to face up to the original scam.
The prices for the pro version ridiculous
There are too many others apps that do the same without gouging you for the service.
