This is by far the worst app between those from all the airlines, and I have used all the other apps a lot.<br/>Beside the fact that the quality of the interface (web view instead of native) could be significantly improved, the main issues is the inability to complete a booking, every time failing and every time requiring to restart entering all the information again

The app is not working for anything that is not standard (eg checking in extra luggage, changing passenger data,)

Impossible to check in without an account.<br/><br/>And if you create an account, it’s impossible to log in. Endless loop of: “1 error occured. Please check your login data or request a new password/PIN.” Password reset doesn’t work.<br/><br/>This makes the app completely useless.

But I have consistently had an awful experience with Lufthansa. Flights cancelled last minute, not being automatically rebooked, terrible customer service. This company is literally the worst, second only to USPS. Avoid at all costs.
