If it’s not working or you need to restore to a new device or phone, it won’t work and you can’t reset your password. They don’t update the app (notice two years of no activity) and don’t respond to their email - directly or website form fill. This app is way too much $ to have zero support. So all my custom data is lost in their likely non-existent sync servers. <br/><br/>Overall the app is good. But considering zero updates or support, get something else. It’s not worth it. Better options out there that actually read their support emails. Very frustrating.

What started out as the standard of ballistic calculators has become abandonware. No updates in the last 4 years. Spend your money elsewhere.

Been using this app for many years. Unfortunately i have been experiencing issues with the weather data not being retrieved. Hope there is a resolution soon!

Weather is not downloading

Use to be the best app, period. But after they stopped updating and I’ve lost all my data for couple of my rifles it became a worst in the App Store.

Can you add the Barnes 6.5mm 120 grain Match Burner to the bullet list?

I purchased all of the reticles a couple years ago, but can no longer access any of them. The developer’s web site is gone. There is no support for this app.

I made sure location is on while using app, but it says device is not supported, it’s a shame they have let this app just die 9 years since last update. It’s so user friendly compared to two others I downloaded, but without weather I’ll probably keep looking for another user friendly app that keeps up to date with updates. Very disappointing, I’m trying to get back into long range shooting after a hiatus, and loved this app. Oh well I guess the search continues.
