With the latest version, I can't use two apple devices on the same network, when I'm at home. One device must be offline. Recently, while out of town, both devices have been unable to connect. This totally defeats the entire purpose of the software. Please work on an immediate solution. Overall, it's a good app.

Latest update corrupted our profile. Was lucky enough to have not updated on another device and was able to import the file. Not the easiest interface to use.

This update has fixed 2 issues I have experienced for several months. There is now no lag time when remotely arming / disarming the system. The lighting controls were not activating properly but work perfectly now. Excellent upgrade and enhancements and I will continue to recommend this to everyone.

Latest update broke my background image in blueprint mode. It's gone, even though it appears in the thumbnail view of the edit screen. I can't find my original floorplan jpg and the regular backups I've taken don't restore the background either. There's also no way that I can find to open the backup files directly to extract the background jpg. Previous update made all switches stop working from blueprint mode until removing and re-adding each one. Great way to waste 90 minutes repositioning and resizing icons. App is great when it works but update quality has been inconsistent. Can't recommend to professional installers unless you enjoy getting phone calls from angry customers when an app update breaks their house.

I purchased there app 6 years ago and they have always supported there product. I recently had to swap out a modem, and after that I some issues connecting to my home automation. I emailed them through there in app link. And they walked me right through it. Quick response and always upgrading there product to make it better, and incorporate new technology. Would recommend to anyone.

This needs to get fixed. Horrible version.

This app is just what I was looking for. It gives complete remote control of the Elk M1 Gold system. It's very configurable to display items the way you want them. When I'm away from home, I can very quickly check on the status of the system. I can arm and disarm it, and the support is incredible. I've messaged the author a couple times with questions and received replies and complete answers to resolve my issues (which were self-induced) within just a few minutes.

This is the absolute best Elk Security system app hands down. Flawless performance with endless options and capabilities. I've had quick response to questions. Hats off to this developer and I look forward to their thoughtful and comprehensive updates in the future. Still the best M1 alarm system app! Great update -- thanks again.
