8 of 25Fyi, it is suppost to bore you, and it is suppost to has bad animation!!! This app really does put you to sleep, i was almost out before it even got to ten sheep!!
I LOVE the sheep! My husband makes fun of me watching it- I find it relaxing. And I love watching for the gray one, he's my favorite.
To tell you the truth it doesn't help you go to sleep. And also the sound affects are kind of creepy. Especially the Deep Sea one!
It worked! Umm I didn't hear music was I really zoned out????? Now that I'm sleepy I can't get up!! Really pls help I can't get active again!
This gets me to sleep like every night!
1st, Siri brought me here. 2nd, the only thing I benefit from this app is to explain how to imagine this in your mind as a way to help you sleep. The screen itself is like a wall that deter you from sleeping, but when you imagine the sheep in your mind and start counting, this is where this idea could work, and it's where this came from.
