Report an issueRECalc is a Real Estate Mortgage Loan Calculator that is also a traditional Mathematical Calculator.
You can use RECalc to calculate the Monthly Payment, Term, Interest Rate or Loan Amount for a loan, as well as standard mathematical calculations as you would in any other calculator. Once you modify any of the Calculation variables you can re-calculate any of the other values. You can also figure in Annual Property Tax, Homeowner's Insurance and Mortgage Insurance, as well as a Down Payment amount/percentage.
RECalc supports semi-annual compounding (Canadian Amortization) in addition to normal monthly compounding. With a click, you can display the complete Loan Summary and Amortization Table for your calculation. You can also email this to your desktop or save the loan for future use.
Whether you're a real estate professional, mortgage broker, first time home buyer or looking to refinance, you can have RECalc easily accessible on your iPhone or iPod touch.

8 of 25I like the app, but the MI calc could be easier. I would to be able to enter a % and let the calculator do the math for the monthly MI. Other than that, it's great. A huge upgrade would be a 2 loan comparison with closing costs and apr, but that at least another $10!
This app is really everything a loan officer or realtor could ask for!!! Very good and excellent price.

Yearly subtotal would be a great addition. Adding a baloon option would also make it nice. I would buy it again.

I have dozens of apps and have never written a review of one - good or bad. This is by far the most often used app on my phone. I depend upon it for regular calculations as well as the more complicated formulas that I use almost daily as a Realtor. I cannot tell you how nice it is to be able to tell a client how much a payment will be or what the difference between payments will be when comparing homes. I have never had a problem with the application. It has worked flawlessly for me, and I have had it for well over a year. Kudos to the developer. A wonderful product!
I have used for years, best app for LO's. Just need an iPad version.
