8 of 25The update so slow to be unusable, and I'm talking in my home with a high speed cable modem. The display of the map can take unto five seconds every time you move location. The app is buggy as it will launch to a blank screen and hang. I sometimes have to crash it to do a fresh start and get it working. Worst of all, the pages are cluttered with yellow warning signs for things like "road kill" and "Icy roads" (hey, it's summer) and I cannot get rid of them under the display settings. The web site help request system is buggy.
Wasn't very useful for me or accurate.
Not sure what changed, maybe the server? Without changing my phone or an update to the app, it went from not working at all, to working perfectly again this morning. Welcome back Trapster!
There should be N option to report check points
Ever since the latest update to the software, the system just locks up or gets stuck. On a recent 2000 mile trip up and down the east coast, I used it everyday. I recall it worked as designed for about 10 minutes. They need to fix it. Till then, don't waste the time and brain damage.
Takes a long time to load now and a longer time to find the road I am on if it ever does. Pretty much useless for me on iPhone 4S.
I made the switch to "waze". It blows this app up. Ditch this and get waze.
New update a complete failure. 100% crash every time. Sad, I really liked it
