Mostly an ok app. Periodically stops working. Daily puzzles fail to load This time on Jan 1 2026.

12/31/19. Ap not working. Wont open games

My favorite is Killer sudoku, but this App stopped loading any puzzles about 1 week ago. Please fix!!!!

this used to be the best sudoku app. now, it just crashes. 12.31.25, new year’s eve

I've been playing with these games since 2011. Lately I can be into a game the diabolical or easier and the game will disappear, poof everything that I just spent a long time working on doing ......extremely frustrating! I've noticed this in the last year a few times a month but this week two games in a row please do something about this! I can't be the only one this is happening to. It's not my iPhone 14 Pro. Happened to me too many times in the past with other phones. thanking you in advance if there's anything you can do about this.

I’ve been playing daily for ages. Something happened about a month ago and now if I need to leave my partly done puzzle, even just by turning of my screen, when I return the progress I’ve made is erased. Please fix this. It makes me not want to start a puzzle.

I’m giving four stars because after years of trying other apps I always come back to this one because of the ease of use and puzzle variety. It’s been my favorite for several years. However, more recently there are daily puzzles that are not solvable. (And there’s no way to report this to the developers, that I can find. So, if they’re reading this…the 8/21/22 Jigsaw puzzle is one example) Sometimes it’s easy to spot when first looking, but when it’s not, it’s very frustrating to work so long on a puzzle with no solution. I’ve learned to accept it and move on (and spend less time on games anyway), but thought it worth mentioning here, so maybe the developers can address the issue. At this point, finding them has become another game! (Which would be satisfying if we could at least report them when we find them). <br/>Thanks!

Pity about the streak randomly resetting. Also, the scores do not differentiate between assistance and no assistance. Occasionally the program fails to start but this may have something to do with iOS updates. Pity the developers have abandoned this game.
