Won't open now that I updated. I used to like it a lot but now I will be deleting and finding one that I can actually open.
It's really too bad that this crashes so much with this update, esp since they finally listened to the feedback and removed the time limit, and gave us the choice to silence the music, which is pretty awful. With these two fixes, they have made it into one of the best Mahjong apps around - the tiles are beautiful and easy to see, and you can adjust the size of the game on the screen (although it would be nice if it remembered the size between games). I was almost going to buy the paid-for app, even at the outrageous price of $10, because I liked it so much better than the cheaper alternative I did buy. But, Sunsoft has not ported the new fixes to the main app, and this one crashes on launch more often than not. Yes, I can get it to launch by powering the phone off and on again, but that's a real pain - not acceptable. So, my suggestions to Sunsoft: You have a potentially great mahjong app here. Fix the crashing, port the intended changes to the time limit and music to the pay version, cut the price of that, at least, in half. Responding to your customers a bit faster would also help.
Horrible loud music at the beginning, couldn't turn it off, had to delete asap!
Worked ok for a while then crapper out. No updates so I guess it's just broken. I suppose I shouldn't complain sine it's free but if it doesn't work why should you bother to download it?!
I loved this game until the new update- it now will not open or load a game without crashing. I tried turning off my phone completely like they suggested- no help. I also tried deleting the program and reinstalling like they suggested- still no help. Please fix!!
It constanly crashes! Every time I've tried to play it, it brings me to the SUNSOFT® screen and then crashes. I can't even tell you if I like the game because it won't let me play!
Ever since downloading the update I am constantly getting kicked off. If this doesn't get fixed I am going to another app. I loved it before this update and hope someone who can do something reads these reviews.
