Good, but small problems

by Clark6050 · July 28, 2015

Good metronome if you are playing 2/4, 3/4, or 4/4. Other than those time signatures it's useless. Also I wish there was a way to lock the metronome because I always seem to change the speed when I go to stop it or start it up again by accidentally swiping up or down.

Frustrating to use

by Mark Zeman · February 24, 2015

This app looks like a real metronome and that's exactly what makes it frustrating to use. It's really easy adjust the tempo while starting and stopping. There's plenty of digital alternatives that are way easier to use. Not everything should mimic the real word!

Perfect!

I needed a metronome for my piano practice, and this is SOOO great! I totally recommend it!

Key Signature

by TrickyArmyMan · December 24, 2014

This is indeed a nice app. But most music today (soundtracks and pop) are usually written in 4/2 and 6/4. Other stuff such as 8/6 and 3/2 are not there.

It would surely be nice to get those in the app. And there are other apps out there that offer that. So I must advise you that if you do not play tunes in this key, walk away.

Options and settings

by JaylaCucu · June 9, 2015

It's very difficult to precisely pick a speed sometimes- it would be nice if there were arrows that I could click once for one BPM change in either direction.
I want more time signatures available! It would also be nice if there were an option to have a voice count the beats. And perhaps a way to preset it to change to a new time signature and/ or speed after a set number of measures for when signatures change mid-song.
Could a tuner be added to this app?

Nice graphics, not enough time signatures

The app looks nice, but it only offers 2/4, 3/4, and 4/4. No good if you're trying to learn a jig in 6/8.

Great for Purists

by Angelbeville · January 10, 2015

As a beginning acoustic guitarist, this has everything I need. I am a purist, so I like the look of a traditional pendulum device, but with the convenience of an app. I can put it right on my music stand as a visual, as well as auditory, reference. Love! Paid for the upgrade and the warm fuzzy. :)
