Nice app, but …

by c00a5b70 · June 12, 2023

Would be nice if the “wallet” worked without internet. Also, the count-down after you activate a ticket seems like a “gotcha” feature for people who wait to activate a ticket until a ticket checker announces their presence on a train.

Ticketing does not work

Test your scrappy app before you publish it. Thank you

It updates as you go. Fantastic way to get around the city. Excellent.

Wo ist das Widget?

Die Realtime Maps sind cool, aber Bin voll traurig, 😭 dass ihr das iOS Widget gelöscht habt. Ich hab sie jeden Tag benutzt! Bitte bringt sie zurück!

Outstanding app.

Capable, fast!

Worse-than-useless redesign

by Patrick Lucas · July 31, 2024

What's the point? Why did BVG have to follow Deutsche Bahn's lead in designing their apps from scratch and verschlimmbessering the UX? It just doesn't make sense. Such a redesign adds no value, usually (as in this case) ends up taking away the basic functionality that made the app useful in the first place, and presumably cost far too much public money. Why?

Without a warning, no more Deutschland ticket

by i_beb · May 21, 2025

I already had to pay a fine because my ticket wasn’t showing in the app. And now it’s gone again. Logging off and logging back in doesn’t change a thing. How come something like this is not detected before a release!
