8 of 25Awful app. Clunky user experience, especially compared to that of Virgin Atlantic. Got into a strange rebooking scenario that resulted in thousands of GBP lost due to application errors that were shown. You would be better off flying with someone else.
This app honestly does nothing of value to its most loyal customers. Even if you were to do anything of obvious like booking or changing, you would have to go to the website or call so they really don’t utilize their ability as best as they can so they will just use it against you or worse…do nothing. It is what they do best at. Not making it their problem. That is the culture of their development which is a reflection of their poor leadership
Buggy… get some QA folks.
This app NEVER works when I need it to. Loading loading loading, excuse me? In the app: “Click here to learn more details” <click> Takes me to the website. “Choose your booking” <click on my itinerary> Takes me back to the app. So confusing, flight delay information seriously lagging behind.
Tried to update passenger details - failed twice. Tried to give in-app feedback - nothing happens.<br/><br/>No option for multiple passports for one person<br/><br/>Doesn’t give a seating map after seats are assigned
Any valuable piece of information is hidden, often behind multiple taps. Want to know your next flight date & time? Progress on tier points? Which passengers are on a booking? All of that is requires diving in and out of a variety of menus. Most of the tabs are long lists of menus, which feels overwhelming. And the majority of the app is web views - slow loading, poorly formatted info. Why even make an app at all? The old app was mediocre at best, and this one is somehow worse.
Completely useless app. If you CAN sign it, it has limited information and functionality. Not like AA’s app.
This app while never great used to approach acceptable. The new update literally REMOVES features making doing anything even more of a challenge.
