In order to use the audio files I recorded on my computer the app required me to purchase it. So I did’<br/><br/>The second I paid for this app it deleted all of my recordings.<br/><br/>I paid twenty five thousand dollars for a few day event that is just dumped down the toilet. I couldn’t give these people a low enough review if I tried, and I can’t even say how much I hate your worthless software and company.<br/><br/>The value you just deleted was more than what I paid for the that course.

From 2015 sometime up until yesterday, I used this app to record my writing and song ideas when they would randomly come to me when I didn’t have time to write or type them in notes. And it’s been great! Well the other day I upgraded to Pro and had emailed the app support team to try and retrieve an accidentally deleted sound clip but the email I didn’t think went through (because I got a message afterwards saying, “this domain is for sale”. But now I’m guessing it did go through because they have now deleted everyone of my voice memos and IAM LIVID!! <br/>I assume no one is going to be able to help me with this either since the app has no one tending to it now, even tho it has an update showing 3 months ago AND they still allow you to purchase PRO, which is stealing!! <br/>Also it’s very easy to delete a clipby accident, they need to fix this.)

I recorded something important to share with my family, but it was longer than 5 minutes. The app said I have to upgrade in order to share it, but it won’t let me upgrade. So I can’t access my recording. I’ve used this app 1 million times. What the heck happened?

I’m posting this hoping the developer sees this. I tried to contact through the website, and it goes to a page saying the website is for sale when you submit the form. (Although oddly it’s a different website address with a dash). <br/><br/>Previous rating was 5 stars. I’ve used this since probably since 2012. Easy for a quick recording and does well recording voice, choir, and pipe organ performances. Can choose high quality setting and email to self easily. <br/><br/>PROBLEM: suddenly in the last couple months, it deleted all of my recordings going back 8 YEARS!!! OMG. ALL GONE. 😭 <br/>— and it seems the software is deleting my files every single night. <br/>— this is why I tried to contact the developer to see if there’s a setting I need to change which I couldn’t find in my iPhone/QuickVoice settings.<br/><br/>Sadly, I think I’m going to have to find a new recorder. But honestly it might be for the best since there was no sorting feature in this and it would organize it haphazardly not even in chronological order. Bummed. <br/><br/>Ps. I have iPhone 10 with updated software. And it worked great on my iPhone 6.

Not only is there no trash folder, but it’s impossible to recover files accidentally deleted by swiping. Who’s brains behind this smart idea? They have no business developing apps. This is an issue that should have been fixed long ago

I used to love this app. It was very easy to use and have had it for many years.<br/>I used it to record songs that I may thing of at the moment but can”t write them down or just need to remember the melody and other things. <br/>After years of recording that I only have on this app, I realized that it erased all of my content.<br/>Even if you have back up to iCloud on, it will still erase your memos/recording. <br/>Super disappointed.<br/>I’ve lost priceless recordings.

No one from this company has responded to my inquiries/emails. I got a new phone because my old one (iPhone 13) died, won’t charge, power on, etc. All of my recordings were supposed to be synced/saved to my iCloud, but when I set up my new phone—absolutely none of my recordings are available within the app on my new iPhone 14. It’s as if I never recorded anything at all. It’s completely blank and empty.

Needs a sorting option. Chronological or by title.
