Kept crashing during sync about a year ago so support provided directions on how to fix, which took me a huge amount of time to implement as i has to curate data…<br/>And now it keeps crashing again!<br/>I’m giving up on this thing - slowly migrating what i need then delete

I’ve been using this product for over 20 years. It’s always been fine, but now I’m not sync to my desktop.

Once you have signed up, there is no way to cancel subscription for this app. I have contacted this company and tried several times to cancel my subscription. Even through, once they have your credit card they continue to charge your card for annual subscription. There is no way to cancel service or subscription through app. Very unethical practice.

A friend was looking for a password manager, so I showed him SplashId and said they all seem somewhat similar. I decided to see what was in the App Store since I’ve been using SplashID for 12-15 years—who keeps track? I saw all the old reviews with complaints that are not relevant today. I was surprised. One recent review with which I cannot agree, but that was about it. All I can say is it works great for me, no freeze up, poor interface, etc problems. I’m not changing, it’s a great app, I like the graphics and everything is always available. It’s one of those everyone has different tastes things—it’s a 5 in my book. Don’t be put off by the reviews. See for yourself.

SplashID rises above ordinary password managers because it also stores other data. You can configure each record to add PINs, security answers, alternate URLs. You can use it for safe storage of anything such as locker combinations, credit card numbers, and much more. I’ve been using SplashID for nearly 15 years! They keep it up-to-date and for any problems, tech support is there with a personal response.

I’ve been using this app for almost 10 years. And bit by bit every version of it is not working. Their windows desktop app doesn’t open consistently. I’ve contacted support since 2023 and never gotten an answer about this. their iOS app is not keeping up with other password managers with any kind of integration into iOS Safari or auto fill features. like I said their support doesn’t even seem to answer my email questions anymore. They’re just taking my yearly subscription fee now and not even offering me any support. so unfortunately, I have to look elsewhere for my next password manager, which after so many years is a little heartbreaking and frustrating.

This is a basic no frills password keeper, have used it for a number of years. Occationally there has been some data loss, which is annoying. Recently migrated to Pro9 and 38 records did not transfer over. Total PITA to find all 38 and manually enter into the new version. Have continued to use it, but shopping around for a new PW keeper.

I have been using this app since a 2021, and find it to be a wonderful password manager. I use it to store passwords for not only various websites, but also home information, credit card numbers, etc. I very much like the feature that allows you to sync between your iPhone and your laptop WITHOUT SYNCING TO SOMEWHERE IN THE CLOUD.<br/>On the few occasions I have had problems, I have found the support staff to be wonderful ! One such person (Nikolai Filipov) has been outstanding and extremely helpful when I have needed help. I can’t rate him or the product too highly!
