The new User Interface for the Home Screen is absolutely unusable, it’s over saturated with nothing but items I never have and never will buy. It’s not tailored at all to any of the interests I’ve spent time on curating, and when trying to search for anything the search results are completely unrelated or it’s just a horrible reprint on a terrible gildan blank or some AI slop no one would ever buy. Update has completely trashed the app.

Unless you tend on only buying items on eBay, don’t bother selling. You can only list up to 5 items a month, or earn $465 a MONTH. Which is less than what rent costs in a one room apartment. So if you have something to sell on eBay and it’s worth more than $500, don’t bother. You’ll have to request for higher selling limits and that requires you to have an actual business outside of eBay. Address included. Which is stupid and pathetic. These limits are horrible and outrageous. I sold two things on that app before i got an email saying my account was suspended INDEFINITELY for no reason. <br/><br/>A few years ago, I didn’t like eBay because I couldn’t sell much and the algorithm was messed up. But now, it’s even worse. You can get your account taken as a seller if one buyer reports you just because they don’t like you. And the selling limits are so pathetic and limited, you have no room to breathe. They advertise it as user friendly but then put so many obstacles for you to jump over in the process and expect you to do so. The selling limits need to change. And the limiting of posts? There’s no point to do that. Especially around Christmas when people are buying your items. If you’ve got more to sell, don’t bother with eBay.

Last version doesn’t work, went I tried to pay takes me out of app

Despite having evidence I got my refund but when I left a negative feedback with the transcript screenshot they sided with seller despite them trying to scan me and the post office proving nothing was ever shipped.

Whenever I try to open the cart for eBay so I can check the things that is still on there it will just kick me from the app like it will just crash and I’ll be sent back to the home screen. I’m not sure if this is some sort of glitch or bug, but please someone fix this.

eBay is not giving money back for item not received so much for guaranteed.<br/>I can’t get in touch with eBay just sends me to articles and page for item it says page is closed and item shows In route . I have spent thousands on this site and they do this to me. Very disappointed

Why isn’t there anyway to turn off the eBay live feed? I use this app mostly as a seller and it clutters up the feed. There should also be a seller selection since you have to “drill” into the seller zone where your listings are and other useful information. Can you please give us an ability to shut down the live sellers?

👉🏻 The automatic feedback for sellers is wrongly giving bad sellers elevated approval ratings‼️ example: seller has a 99% positive, but ALL THE REAL REVIEWS SAY, VERY BAD THINGS‼️ 🤔 So it looks like you are trying to trick buyers‼️ 🤔 that’s a great way to send all your buyers looking for other companies‼️<br/>👉🏻You’re not supposed to charge sales tax on the shipping fees‼️‼️‼️<br/>👉🏻EMAILS ARE TURNED OFF, BUT STILL GETTING EMAILS‼️‼️‼️ THIS HAS TO BE FIXED‼️‼️‼️ It’s ruined surprises‼️ &amp; while your at it, notifications are in soooo many places it’s frustrating to clear them all‼️‼️‼️
