After I enter my password. It says error and can’t get into the app. I deleted and reinstalled still nothing works.
The video doesn’t even downloading….. I paid for it.
I used this app years ago and was awesome, but now it just turned into a subscription maxxing app. Having more than 3 subscriptions. The basic one you pay $10 dollars, but then once you pay they say that to edit your OWN VIDEOS yo have to pay another $25 subscriptions. Once i contacted support and asked if i could at least have a free week trial of the Max Subscription they denied it. And the Ai is super slow to edit the videos, you have to use it a lot of times due to it’s capacity to understand what you want.

This app has incredible capabilities and works fast. I signed up for the Max subscription. However, be aware you will lose credits if you’re not using the app consistently. If you choose to cancel, you will lose your credits that you already purchased. Be SURE you’re ready to continually use it before committing that much money a month because you will lose out if you don’t. I hope developers consider a flex plan that doesn’t cost quite as much or will develop a way to allow users to use keep and use credits they have already accumulated even if they choose to discontinue a subscription.
The most frustrating part of this app is that after it generates the captions for you and do you want to for instance make the caption show for a shorter amount of time or even make the B roll shorter or longer you’re literally unable to do that… you’re unable to edit alongside the AI editor and it is so frustrating.. first of all making edits takes forever because anytime you want edit something you have to type a prompt into the AI and it takes about five minutes for it to make the appropriate changes.. like Jesus Christ how hard is it to just let you manually edit it with the AI bot gave you?? It’s virtually useless if you want to be creative in any sense of the word!
