I have $45 loaded into the app and it logged me out it will not<br/>Let me log in or pay
The app declines Apple Pay half of the time. It will say that there was a payment issue despite there being a pending authorization on your card. However, if you add the same card separately, the payment will go through.
THIS IS BUSSINNNNNNN
This app is so bad. It’s glitchy all the time and needs full bars of 5g or it says there’s a problem with ordering. Shouldn’t need that much service or to be on WiFi to order a drink. It’s only this app, I could scroll TikTok or stream Netflix just fine but unless I have WiFi or full bars of cellular this app doesn’t work.
I use this app every day and it’s great I’ve never had a problem I appreciate the perks that I get from Dunkin’ Donuts for using

Every time I go to my local Dunkin’ Donuts everyone is friendly there and because I go there way too often they all know what I get at the different times I go there.
