Plans your whole workout for you. Less thinking, more doing. Keeps me consistent and productive at the gym. The workouts are well designed to develop a balanced physique. Absolutely worth it.
Great app really takes the thought process out of having to figure out my workouts
I really like this app, enough that I pay $20 a month for it. But it’s super annoying that trying to edit your workouts MAKES THE WHOLE APP FREEZE AND HARDLOCK AND IT DOESNT SAVE THE CHANGES!!!!!
Just began working out with this App. I look forward to the middle and end results. Primarily working out for God, health and family. After 1 workout I feel as though I’m going in the right direction.
Easy to use
The app is crashing more often after the last updates Please Fix it
