A great app!

Very bad customer service they will eat your rights.

Customer service is really unhelpful when you contact them and relay that you don’t trust the order since it’s been way too long. They then tell you that you have to accept the order before they can do anything. At this point, I don’t know if the food has been tampered with or what? They then issue you a £1.11 credit to say, “We apologize for our error, here is a small credit to make up for it!” Horrible customer service! Never again and will stick to UberEats or other platforms!

Loved using this app instead of Uber Eats while visiting Paris. I want to use what the locals use. Also noticed that the prices are not up charged. Very easy and convenient for us on our trip!

Good delivery , good service, good produces

I ordered from starbucks and it was written 45 mins before that so i ordered after it passed that time i order to cancel it because it was late and the driver didnt arrived starbucks at that mean time they told me we cant cancel because the eta was 10:10 to 10:40 i think that what they said but when i ordered it was one eta 45 mins! It arrrived after one hour and they want me to accept that i didnt recived my money nor i accepted the order what costumer service is that

Always a great experience. Food arrives hot, deliveries are quick, and the app is incredibly easy to navigate. Highly recommended!
